There are two tiers available:

• Black Tier: includes both dining and accommodation privileges
• Platinum Tier: focuses on dining privileges only

Both tiers are priced at VND 8,500,000.

Yes. Once the membership is activated, members can access digital vouchers, privileges, and begin earning rewards on dining spend.

The membership is valid for one year from your activation date until the expiration date stated on the digital membership card.

Members earn 25% cashback in points on eligible dining spend. These points can be accumulated and redeemed for dining experiences at Park Hyatt Saigon.

Points can be converted into dining credit vouchers, with every VND 1,150,000 in reward points redeemable for food and beverage at all bars, lounges, and restaurants at Park Hyatt Saigon.

Membership includes a mix of:

• Birthday and anniversary privileges
• Invitations to exclusive events

Advanced reservations are required and must be booked directly through the reservations department (+84 28 3824 1234), stating your intention to use the accommodation certificate of Dine at The Park Saigon membership

Membership privileges are valid at all participating bars, lounges, and restaurants within Park Hyatt Saigon.

Yes. Dining discounts may not be applicable on selected blackout dates such as public holidays, festive periods, or special events. Specific dates will be communicated in advance. Examples of blackout dates: Tet Holiday, Christmas Holiday, New Year's Eve etc.

No, membership card discounts on food and beverages cannot be used in conjunction with any other member discounts, offers, or special promotions. Only one membership card can be used per table or group, per visit.

Within 24 working hours after enrolment, you'll receive a Welcome & Activation email.

• Step 1: Open the email and download the Dine at The Park Saigon mobile app.
• Step 2: Click the "ACTIVATE ACCOUNT" button, receive an OTP via SMS, and create your 6-digit PIN.
• Step 3: Log in using your membership number and the new PIN.

Members with a single membership can log in using either their membership number or registered phone number. If you have multiple memberships, you must use your membership number.

The activation link is valid for 30 days. Please contact Dine at The Park Saigon office at (+84) 2838 241 254 to request a new welcome email if needed.

No, physical cards are no longer issued. To enjoy your exclusive benefits, simply use the Dine at The Park app, which provides your digital membership card and e-certificates instantly.

Simply present your digital membership card on the app to the restaurant staff at the time of payment. The discount will be applied directly to your bill according to the Tiers' food and beverage discount structure.

If a member or hotel associate redeems the wrong certificate, the hotel can contact the Dine at The Park Saigon office, which will re-issue the certificate within 24 working hours upon successful investigation.

No, your membership is non-transferable.

Step 1. Log in to your Dine at The Park Saigon account.
Step 2. Tap the menu icon (☰) on the left-hand side of the screen.
Step 3. In the menu, select ""My Profile,"" then update your phone number and email address as needed.

Any request to cancel a membership must be made within seven (7) working days from the date of purchase. In the event of cancellation, there will be no refund of the membership fee if any of the certificates/card discounts have been used at Park Hyatt Saigon
